Shipping costs from warehouse point of origin [FOB origin] to destination are purchasers responsibility.
All orders shipped to Canada and USA destinations are shipped by postal service.
Delivery estimate is 7 days or less within North America.

We welcome orders outside Canada and the USA. Email email@example.com with a request for single items or bulk shipment, to obtain a shipping quote to your destination.
To cancel an order requires verbal and written request within 24 hours of placing your order. Email firstname.lastname@example.org AND telephone 905-836-4681. Provide your purchase order date, number and reason for cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped, all shipping costs out plus return, warehouse restocking fees are at the buyer's expense and will be billed to your credit card.

Our goal is incident free shipments.
A claim for defects or damaged totes or accessories, must be made by the buyer in written and verbal format within 24 hours of delivery date.
