SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours or less of receipt.

Shipping costs from warehouse point of origin [FOB origin] to destination are purchasers responsibility.

All orders shipped to Canada and USA destinations are shipped by postal service.

Delivery estimate is 7 days or less within North America.

For orders over $499.99 email support@earthfriendtotes.com for a quote or telephone 905-836-4681 and request a quote.

We welcome orders outside Canada and the USA. Email support@earthfriendtotes.com with a request for single items or bulk shipment, to obtain a shipping quote to your destination.

ORDER CANCELLATION
To cancel an order requires verbal and written request within 24 hours of placing your order. Email support@earthfriendtotes.com AND telephone 905-836-4681. Provide your purchase order date, number and reason for cancellation. 

If your order has already been shipped, all shipping costs out plus return, warehouse restocking fees are at the buyer's expense and will be billed to your credit card.

BACK ORDER POLICY
Customer care and service are important to us. If an item you purchased is on back order we will contact you with further instructions.

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
Our goal is incident free shipments.

A claim for defects or damaged totes or accessories, must be made by the buyer in written and verbal format within 24 hours of delivery date. Email support@earthfriendtotes.com with your purchase order number and date, transporter's name and shipment identification number, date of receipt and description of damages.
